The Capitol Theatre was constructed and established in 1921 — a classic performance hall complete with mezzanine and furnishings reminiscent of a classic Hollywood theater. The Theatre reportedly began as a vaudeville theater and movie house. From 1982-2008 it was known as the Royalty Theatre.
