That is always disappointing to hear. I would definitely contact Publix directly and let them know about your negative experience, as it has been my experience that Publix is very responsive to their customers. Only once have I had one negative experience at Publix, but I contacted them about it, and the manager called me at home personally to talk with me about it and make it right. I hope you get some resolution, and I wish you a very happy Mother’s Day.
