Every year Operation PAR celebrates Red Ribbon Week by hosting this FREE health fair and family fun day in downtown St. Petersburg to celebrate the community’s commitment to a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. Here’s what your family can expect this year:
— Red Wagon Toddler Parade/Fun Walk (Participants are encouraged to pull their Halloween-costumed toddler in a red wagon and march along a parade route.)
