As the museum winds down, the exhibits will alive! Catch pirates, explorers, pioneer women and even Tampa’s very own Ghostbusters sneaking around the galleries. Historical figures come to life will hand out candy to kids as they trick-or-treat their way through the museum and enjoy hands-on exhibits with their families. Ghoulish games, creepy crafts, and a costume contest with prizes also await you. Night at the Museum is open to children of all ages with adult companion.
Even Better! Families can also board the TECO Streetcar for a ride filled with spooky stories and more ghosts from Tampa’s past.
NOTE: Don’t forget to bring trick-or-treat bags!
DISCLAIMER: Although this event is not intended to be a frightening experience for children, there will be people impersonating characters of various sorts which younger children can find scary. Only you can determine if this event will be appropriate for your child.
