What’s Doing?
Whether or not your family is vegetarian or vegan, the Tampa Bay Vegfest has something fun and interested for the whole family, from food samples to children’s activities and live music, not to mention the beauty of a strolling a waterside park and playing on the playground.
Here’s what the day will feature:
— Local restaurants with vegetarian and vegan food
— Live music
— Fun and games for kids
— Healthy-living and eco-friendly exhibitors
— Local nonprofit informational booths
— Animal adoptions
— National and local guest speakers, including America’s first vegan bodybuilding champion Kenneth G. Willams

Tampa Bay History Center
The Tampa Bay History Center is also next to the park, offering fun exhibits that make history fun for both kids and their parents. Their current exhibit is “Coffee: The World in Your Cup.” Paint with coffee, plant seeds in your own unique recycled pot, and enjoy tasty organic coffee samples. Get in on a guided tour of the History Center throughout the day, participate in a scavenger hunt for prizes, and score some cool giveaways courtesy of Twigs and Leaves, Whole Foods, Chipotle, Java Planet and more. These activities are FREE with gallery admission or FREE for History Center members.
