What’s Doing?
All rising K-12 students of Pasco County Schools are invited to attend this Back-to-School Health Fair at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital. The following will be offered for FREE:
— School/sports physicals
— Cardiac screenings (EKG and echo; high school student athletes only)
— General health information
— Fingerprinting by the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office
— Dental screenings by the Pasco County Health Department (student must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
— Information for obtaining Florida birth certificates (student must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
— WIC information (student must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
NOTE: All students under the age of 18 must have a signed permission slip or have a parent or guardian present with them to participate in the above events (permission slips will be provided upon
registration). All students 18 and older must bring photo ID.
