Learning Express Toys in Hyde Park Village is offering a variety of fun activities for children throughout the month. Here’s what families can enjoy in the store in August:
— Friday, August 10, 17, 24 & 31: Finger Painting (10:30-11:30 a.m.): Bring the kids for some finger painting fun and a chance to win a $10 gift card.
— Saturday, August 18: Elmo visits Learning Express! (11 a.m.-1 p.m.) Hugs and photos with Elmo at Learning Express. (Check out photos from their July event on their Facebook page.)
— Monday, August 20 & 27: Toddler Story Time (10:30-10:45 a.m.)
— Wednesday, August 22: Essay Contest Tell them about your first day of school for a chance to win a $25 gift card
— Thursday, August 23: Origami Day (4-6 p.m.) Kids can learn to make origami with Shelby.
