What’s Doing?
Bring the family, bicycle helmets, water and a snack … oh, and don’t forget sun block and bug spray! Boyd Hill Nature Preserve is hosting a bicycle exploration of the 245-acre nature preserve. Ride through five ecosystems, past alligators, bald eagles, gopher tortoises and ospreys.
Two rides are available for different skill levels:
– 9-10:30 a.m.: Adventure Trek (cycling experience and mountain bikes recommended)
— 10:30-11:30 a.m.: Leisure Ride (recommended for children and those without “off road friendly” bikes)

Did You Know? Boyd Hill Nature Preserve offers daily tram tours at 1 p.m., and on Saturdays at 10 a.m. & 1 p.m. The tram tours are just $2 in addition to admission to the preserve. (Admission to the preserve is just $3/adult, $1.50/child (3-16), and FREE for children under 3.
