What’s Doing?
Explore underground caverns in the Withlacoochee State Forest. See stalactites, stalagmites and other geological treasures, and look out for bats as you crawl through the twisting underground caverns.
What to Bring:
— Wear comfortable shoes
— Wear long pants
— Wear a long-sleeved shirt you don’t mind getting dirty
— Hat
— Flashlight
— Lunch
— Plenty of water
NOTE: This program involves walking and crawling, and is designed for adults with children age 8 and older.
